  • Quarterly gutter and downpipe cleaning

  • Annual pressure washing of main entrances and walkways

  • One emergency call-out per year (during working hours)

  • Priority booking for additional services

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Out-of-hours emergency call-outs

  • Major repairs (structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

  • Specialist compliance checks (fire, security, lifts)

  • Landscaping/gardening beyond basic grounds tidying

  • Deep cleaning or janitorial services

£2,400 per year Equivalent to £200 per month

Ideal for: Large offices, multi-unit commercial sites, or clients seeking total peace of mind.

  • Everything in the Gold Plan, plus:

  • Monthly property and grounds inspection

  • Unlimited emergency call-outs (including out-of-hours)

  • Bi-annual deep cleaning of all common areas

  • Annual full-building window cleaning (all storeys, where accessible)

  • Annual roofing survey and minor repairs

  • Annual jet cleaning of underground drainage

  • Minor cosmetic repairs (painting, sealant renewal)

  • Annual fire safety equipment check (excluding specialist certification)

  • Dedicated account manager

  • Major structural repairs or refurbishments

  • Specialist compliance or certification (fire, lifts, security)

  • Everything in the Basic Plan, plus:

  • Bi-monthly exterior and grounds inspection

  • Two additional emergency call-outs per year (including out-of-hours)

  • Minor repairs (e.g., door handles, locks, minor leaks; labour included, parts extra)

  • Annual deep clean of high-traffic areas (reception, washrooms)

  • Annual window cleaning (external and internal, up to 2 storeys)

  • Annual drain and waste trap cleaning

  • 24-hour priority response

  • 10% discount on additional services​
